Updated: November 01, 2020

Residing & frolicking in:

Chicago, IL
Portland, OR

What I'm working on:

  • Exploring Portland to its fullest: shopping local, drooling over nature and igniting my tastebuds!
  • Elevating my motion graphics and compositing skillset.
  • Souping up Live Action treatments and gathering more on-set direction experience.
  • Nurishing my mind, body, and relationships.
  • Crafting, committing, and crushing my 2021 goals.

A few goals for 2021:

  • Join a bookclub.
  • Learn the Jujutsu Kaisen outro dance.
  • Complete 50 mile bike ride in a day.
  • Plan backpacking trip through Southeast Asia.
  • Plant a bamboo tree.
  • Prepare one hell of a ramen from scratch.
  • Get a stop motion studio setup in the garage.
  • Attend a Portland MoGraph meetup.
  • Learn DaVinci Resolve & Mocha
  • Be more diligent about updating my site.

Recent accolades:

  • Keynote speaker for Flashpoint Chicago Commencement, 2019
  • Pixels of Fury (Chicago) – FIRST PLACE, 2018
  • Adobe Creative Jam – PEOPLES CHOICE AWARD & JUDGES CHOICE AWARD - 2nd Place, 2017
  • Typeforce 8 – Exhibition Artist, 2017
  • 48 Hour Film Fest – BEST FILM, 2nd Place, 2016

On my mind:

How can I add more value? How can I convince all my friends to move to Portland? Where's my tamagotchi?

What I'm reading:

  • 'On Earth We Are Briefly Goregous' – Ocean Vuong
  • 'Madrigal's Magic Key to Spanish' – Margarita Madrigal

What I'm groovin' to:

versatile, lovesome and spunky mix to compliment your late night creative endeavors, long aimless walks and bedroom aesthetic. pairs well with sketching, writing, daydreaming, burning the midnight oil, and light dancing around your apartment.
